Transfers from the airport
On 3 and 4 July free-of-charge bus transfers from the Ekaterinburg Koltsovo International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg hotel and Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Ekaterinburg City Center will be organized for delegates.
The transfers schedule is formed according to flight details sent to the Organizing Committee. If you haven’t provided your flight information to the Organizing Committee, we kindly ask you to send it to valentina@watermark.ru as soon as possible.
Upon arrival at the Koltsovo airport you could easily find the representative of the Organizing Committee in the Arrivals Hall with the “Watermark Conference” board .
If for some reasons you can’t find the representative, please call Valentina Sultygova (+7-996-181-87-42).
Registration of delegates
Registration will be held on 4 July from 15.00 till 18.00 on the 2nd floor of the conference center in the Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg Hotel.
Welcome cocktail
On 4 July after registration, we invite you to take part in the welcome cocktail, which will be held from 19.00 till 21.00 in the restaurant “Barboris”.
It is located on the ground floor of the Yeltsin Center (Boris Yeltsin Street, 3), just 150 meters from the Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg.
